This is to inform that Buzzi Unicem SpA has made available the updated Bylaws at the registered office and on the company’s website www.buzziunicem.com, Investors/Corporate Governance Section as well as on the authorized storage system managed by Spafid Connect S.p.A. (www.emarketstorage.com).
The updated Bylaws was registered in the Alessandria-Asti Company Register on January 19, 2021, following the mandatory conversion of savings shares into ordinary shares, the elimination of the par value of the shares and the consequent amendments of the Articles of Association approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on November 19, 2020 and effective on January 18, 2021.
