This is to inform that Buzzi SpA has made available at the registered office and on the company’s website www.buzzi.com, Investors section, as well as on the authorized storage system managed by Teleborsa S.r.l. (www.emarketstorage.com): 

-    the Annual Financial Report as of 31 December 2023, including the draft financial statements, consolidated financial statements, Management Report, together with the reports of the legal Auditing firm, the report of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the certifications pursuant to Article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Consolidated Law on Finance;

-    the consolidated non-financial statement, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 254/2016 (included in the Sustainability Report 2023);

-     the Report on corporate governance and ownership structure;

-     the Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid.

Concurrently with the publication of the aforementioned documents, the updated version of the directors' report on the proposed amendment to Article 9 of the bylaws was also republished in the same manner, which contains a formal clarification in the proposed bylaws clause, i.e. the clause "in compliance with the procedures and within the limits set forth by the laws and regulations, including those in force from time to time", concerning participation in the shareholders' meeting through the exclusive participation of the appointed representative and through telecommunication means.
