Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from November 12, 2018 through November 16, 2018 it acquired no. 964,000 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 15,870,559.30 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
