Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from October 15, 2018 through October 19, 2018 it acquired no. 1,116,000 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 18,899,938.30 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
