Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from October 8, 2018 through October 12, 2018 it acquired no. 1,030,600 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 18,350,391.45 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
