Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from September 24, 2018 through September 28, 2018 it acquired no. 244,100 ordinary treasury shares for a total consideration of 4,495,526.58 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 10, 2018.
