Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from March 30, 2020 through April 3, 2020 it acquired no. 102,620 ordinary treasury shares and no. 19,290 savings treasury shares for a total consideration of 1,784,846.92 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on May 9, 2019.
