Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 04 November 2024 through 08 November 2024 it acquired no. 249 treasury shares for a total consideration of 8,685.12 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
