Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 21 October 2024 through 25 October 2024 it acquired no. 102,516 treasury shares for a total consideration of 3,563,484.01 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
