Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 19 August 2024 through 23 August 2024 it acquired no. 303,315 treasury shares for a total consideration of 10,426,372.33 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
