Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 12 August 2024 through 16 August 2024 it acquired no. 280,781 treasury shares for a total consideration of 9,512,452.76 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
