Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 29 July 2024 through 02 August 2024 it acquired no. 281,820 treasury shares for a total consideration of 10,054,212.93 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
