Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 24 June 2024 through 28 June 2024 it acquired no. 198,718 treasury shares for a total consideration of 7,381,538.74 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
