Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 17 June 2024 through 21 June 2024 it acquired no. 183,907 treasury shares for a total consideration of 6,954,004.20 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
