Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 10 June 2024 through 14 June 2024 it acquired no. 224,816 treasury shares for a total consideration of 8,609,339.67 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
