Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 20 May 2024 through 24 May 2024 it acquired no. 181,274 treasury shares for a total consideration of 7,178,611.73 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
