Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi SpA announces that during the period from 13 May 2024 through 17 May 2024 it acquired no. 161,476 treasury shares for a total consideration of 6,274,086.47 Euro, as authorised by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 9 May 2024.
