Report on the purchase of treasury shares
Buzzi Unicem SpA announces that during the period from 14 March 2022 through 18 March 2022 it acquired no. 1,248,253 treasury shares for a total consideration of 22,344,011.45 Euro, as authorized by the Ordinary General Meeting on 7 May 2021.
