Yesterday afternoon Buzzi Unicem underwent a cyber attack originated in Ukraine and then spread all over Europe which made inaccessible and unavailable the Group information systems.

The company is taking all necessary measures to restore the normal operating activity, but at the moment it is not possible to estimate the time which will be needed for a complete recovery. The lack of operating systems is presently causing many difficulties in managing and administrating our processes and could cause delays in interim accounting closings and related financial disclosures to the market.
