Buzzi Unicem’s Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders, which met today in Casale Monferrato, has appointed Mr Dario Trevisan as common representative for three years. The appointment will then expire with the Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the financial statements as at December 31, 2019.
