Bylaws

The Bylaws, approved by the general meeting of shareholders, lay down the rules for the conduct of the company.

Shareholders meeting rules

The adoption of the rules is required by a special statutory provision. The rules were approved by the general meeting on May 11, 2001 and amended on April 30, 2004 to make them consistent with the new corporate law, on May 11,2007 and on May 8, 2015.
