Buzzi Unicem Srl makes available to anyone who becomes aware of illegal conduct or violations of this Code appropriate channels of reporting, such as to ensure the confidentiality of the reporting person.

reports can be made both in written and oral form, through a voice messaging system that allows the voice to be distorted.

It is also possible to request a direct meeting with the Internal Audit Manager.

Assessment and, if necessary, investigation will be performed by the Internal Audit function of the Parent Company which is trained to manage this kind of whistleblowing reports.

Our Company is committed to protect the confidentiality of the whistleblower identity. We assure that no retaliation or discriminatory action, either direct or indirect, will be taken against the whistleblower who does the report in good faith.
