Model of Organization, Management and Control

Buzzi Unicem has deemed it compliant with its company policy to proceed with the implementation of the Model of Organization, Management and Control, with the aim of preparing a structured and organic system of prevention, dissuasion and control, aimed at reducing the risk of committing crimes through the identification of sensitive activities and their consequent regulation. 

The Model was adopted by the Company with resolution of the Board of Directors on August 1, 2023.
