ALIdARTE and Buzzi Unicem present the third appointment with "The Factory, an Alternative Space for Culture”
In March 2021, ALIdARTE, a cultural association committed to supporting and promoting local artists, launched the two-year artistic and cultural project entitled "The Factory, an alternative space for culture".
The Buzzi Unicem plant in Monselice has embraced this initiative by offering artists a large exhibition space with the aim of supporting and encouraging creative expression in all art forms.
The third event of this artistic project, after the solo exhibitions of Thomas Prearo and Marco Ferrari, is dedicated to photography and features three women artists: Ilaria Alberti, Sabrina Canola and Paola Limena.
Lotto per l'arte (I fight for art) is an idea that originated from the partnership of these three amateur photographers from Este who wish to promote the figure of the female artist in the local area in which they live.
The three photographers have selected various female figures who strive every day to make their art known and make it possible for their artistic research in the fields of painting, theatre, singing, dancing, culinary art, juggling, poetry and music to emerge and be appreciated.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on Sunday 20 March 2022 at 5 p.m. and will be preceded, from 2 p.m. to 4.30 p.m., by a photographic workshop on architecture held by the professional photographer Stefano Baldin, along with the participation of a number of local photographers with a passion for this form of art.
The exhibition will be open, by appointment, from 20 March to 25 June 2022 at the Buzzi Unicem cement plant in Monselice.
